The Colorado Advance Directives Consortium (CADC) focuses on Living Will Revisions, Colorado CPR Directive, Portability of Advance Directives, and Surrogate/Proxy Decision Makers.

The CADC is currently working on a draft version of the Medical Orders for Scope of Treatment (MOST).  For a summary of the CADC and MOST, click here.
