Silent Auction
We will be hosting a Silent Auction to benefit the Center and would greatly appreciate donations of items for this event. Auction proceeds will enable the association to continue its strong advocacy efforts as well as many worthwhile programs that promote professionalism in the hospice and palliative care industry.

Registration Policies
All employees of Members may register at the discounted COCHPC Member rate. Registrations are for one person only and may not be split between two or more persons.
All fees must be paid in U.S. funds.
COCHPC will accept payment by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Registration confirmations will be sent via email to each registrant so please provide your email address on the registration form.
All cancellations must be made in writing to the COCHPC office, 7400 East Arapahoe Road, Suite 211, Centennial, CO 80112 USA; fax (303) 694-4869; cochpc@assnoffice.com.
Written requests for refunds received on or before October 6, 2010, will receive a 50% refund. Fees are non-refundable after October 6.
Substitutions are encouraged in lieu of cancellations. Please phone the COCHPC office at (303) 694-4728 to change the name of your registrant(s).
There are no refunds for no shows.
